• Book your move as early as you can this will give you time to prepare and avoid stress.
• Book the right size of vehicle for you for most easy and price efficient move. Remember going bigger is not always best option if you moving to a close by place usually less than half hour distance two loads in a smaller truck might work out much cheaper than a bigger truck. If travelling long distance go for a bigger vehicle so you don’t have any trouble on moving day for space. You can always send us a itemized list of your stuff to us, so we can suggest you best suited vehicle for your needs.
• To get prepared start with figuring out which stuff you don’t need any longer get rid of it, any furniture you don’t want to take along sell it or donate, some councils allow one free pick up of solid waste like furniture free once a year, use this facility please check with your council for details. Don’t end up paying to transport something that you don’t even need in first place.
• Pack all your stuff in a safe way in boxes or appropriate storage method and mark all boxes with fragile stuff. Its best to use boxes with arrow signs to indicate which way you want your fragile stuff to be kept in truck.
• Mark all boxes with their destination areas as kitchen, lounge, bedroom to help us put your stuff in right areas and help save you extra work moving them later
• Furniture : if possible for you please disassemble any furniture that you can for example your beds, dining table, coffee tables etc., this helps us transport your furniture in more safe and secure way. Also it saves you money as its much quicker and easier to stack and transport smaller pieces rather than a big piece and saves lot of space.
  *If you need us to disassemble and assemble furniture for you, please feel free to mention that when you book your move, so we can keep some extra time for helping you with this.
• Packing TV and Glass : Please pack your TV in packing it came with properly for secure transport and wrap any glass in a protection and transport any small glass than you can fit in your car if you have a chance, this will save you money on your moving day.
• Fridge and White goods : Please empty stuff from your fridge, this is required for safe transportation of fridge. Always opt for a truck over a van if you have a fridge to avoid any complications.
• We will have blankets to cover all your furniture and keep your mattresses clean in truck, but if you have any specific covers for your mattresses and furniture feel free to put them on.
• NOTE: We cannot carry any high flammable substances in truck because of safety regulations, i.e. any propane tanks, fuel cans with fuel, if you have a grass mover please empty fuel tank.
